Prof Vinod Yadava, the director of National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur has been terminated from his service after several complaints against him.
After following several complaints against him, the institute has formed a committee on July 13 to inquire into the matter. The Committee headed by the chairman of National Council for Teacher Education has submitted a report in which it is found that there is certainly a prima-facie case against Yadava.
President Ram Nath Kovind, who is also the visitor of the institute, has approved Yadav’s termination with immediate effect.
