The Government of Haryana had ordered all the schools in the state to remain closed until November 30. The Government has taken this decision after 150 students have been tested positive for coronavirus. The schools in the state will also remain closed for the teaching staff and all the school campuses will also be sanitized during the closure of the schools.

The students have been tested randomly and asymptomatic students have also tested positive during a sampling carried out by the health department for the schools.
