As per the order of the Haryana Government, the schools for classes 9 and 11 are going to reopen from tomorrow in the state. The students who want to attend the classes will have to submit a covid-19 negative medical certificate. The medical certificate should not be older than 72 hours. Apart from this, the students will also have to submit written consent from their parents.
The schools for classes 10 and 12 were earlier reopened from December 14 in the state. Schools in Haryana were also reopened earlier for classes 9 to 12 but due to a sudden rise in covid-19 cases, the state government had ordered to close all the schools last month.
The Directorate of School Education, Haryana has directed that students, teachers, and non-teaching staff will have to go through temperature checks daily and those suffering from fever will not be permitted to enter schools.
