Maharashtra allows schools to start classes V to VIII from Jan 27

The school education department has decided to allow physical sessions for the class 5 to 8 from January 27 with permission from chief minister Uddhav Thackeray. Although BMC issued a circular on Friday stating that all schools under its jurisdiction in Mumbai will continue to remain shut until further notice.The decision was taken in a school education department meeting on ‘Vision 2025’ chaired by Thackeray.
