Manipur Schools, Colleges to reopen from January 27 – permission to reopen for students of classes 9 to 12

The government of Manipur has taken the decision to reopen the educational institutes, including schools and colleges, in the state from January 27. The decision was taken by the state Cabinet in a meeting on Friday chaired by Chief Minister N Biren Singh that schools will reopen for students of Class 9 to 12, the official said. The schools in Manipur have been shut down since March 2020 due to the rapid spread of the Covid-19 pandemic in India.
