Meghalaya Board exempted the selection test for Class 10 and 12 Board Exams

The Education Minister of Meghalaya Lahkmen Rymbui has announced that the state school board has decided to not conduct the selection tests for students, which were scheduled to write class 10 and 12 examinations next year. The decision has been taken due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Class 10 and 12 examinations which are conducted by the Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBOSE) will be held next year in the month of March-April. The selection has been exempted to ensure the safety and health of all the stakeholders in view of the Covid-19 Pandemic.

This one-time exemption is for all the candidates who are willing to appear in SSLC and HSSLC examination 2021 including those who had failed in the selection tests conducted in the year 2019. They will be allowed to appear in the upcoming final SSLC and HSSLC examination which is scheduled to be conducted in March-April, 2021.
