MP Schools to Remain closed till March 31 for Classes 1 to 8

The Government of Madhya Pradesh has announced that all the schools in the state will remain closed till March 31, 2021 for classes 1 to 8. The Chief Minister of MP Shivraj Singh Chouhan in his statement said that the schools in the state would not conduct any regular classes for the academic year 2020-21. The annual examinations for classes 1 to 8 are also be canceled for now.

According to the official announcement, no test would be conducted for the students in this academic year. The marks of the students will be allotted on the basis of project work.

Meanwhile, the regular classes for the students of class10 and class 12 would also begin shortly. The new academic session for other classes would start from April 1, 2021, in the state.
