Principals, teachers and parents have welcomed the Delhi government’s latest decision to start the much-awaited nursery admissions in private unaided, recognised schools of Delhi from February 18. Every year, the admission process takes place in November and December, for over 2 lakh seats in around 1,700 schools in Delhi. The delay this year was due to Covid -19. This year, nursery admissions in private schools in the region will be held completely online, however, in government schools the admission process would be conducted both via online and offline modes.
