The Telangana State Government has postponed the exams of all schools and colleges exams till Dussehra due to Heavy Rain Alert issued by the Indian Metrological Department. State Education Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy has given this information via a post from her official Twitter account.

Due to this announcement more than five lakh students across the state would be relieved.

After the announcement by the State Education Minister, JNTU Hyderabad has also issued a notification confirming postponement of the exam dates.
