Amid Covid-19 Pandemic, when the regular and traditional education in the various education institutions is still barred, Srijan Ka Sankalp, a leading non-governmental organization is providing the education at the doorsteps to everyone across countryside in a very unique and innovative way.
The NGO has come up with ‘Shiksha Ki Gaadi’ (a vehicle) which is equipped with smart television and other education tools to provide education. This vehicle is moving from one village to another village where at designated places, the volunteers with the help of smart TV and other teaching tools will educate the children of villages on various subjects and topics.
Talking about the motive behind launching ‘Shiksha Ki Gaadi’, the NGO’s CEO, Prabhat Saxena said that this initiative has been taken primarily to educate those village children who do not have access to online classes because of unavailability of mobile phones, laptops, desktops and internet at their houses.
“Our Organization intends to start ‘Shiksha Ki Gaadi’ campaign in the states like Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttarakhand and Maharashtra. We have already kickstarted our campaign in Bundelkhand region of Uttar Pradesh and now we are planning to start this campaign in Madhya Pradesh as well’’, Prabhat Added.
According to Ravindra Gupta, Operation Head, Srijan Ka Sankalp, through Shiksha Ki Gadi, Srijan will provide mobile education to village children free of cost.
