The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) has started conducting the first ‘Bochor Bachao’ which means Save Year examinations in the middle of Covid-19 Pandemic. The State Government has introduced the ‘Bochor Bachao’ scheme to save the year of the students who have failed in two subjects but have secured a minimum of 150 marks in board exams. This will help the students to students to guaranteed get entry into colleges or into the next class.
Students are needed to clear a re-test within 75 days of results to continue higher education. The exams were started from October 12 and will continue till October 22 for the Higher Secondary level while candidates can appear in the saver exams from October 12 to October 16.
